   You pay whatever the installer charges. Check around with different installers in your area and see what the going rate is.

   I had a home handyman do some flooring for me and his rate was $45/hour but your locale may be more or less. It also depends on the complexity of the job.

   Depends on your area. $4 to $7 per square foot is usual for installation only. materials extra.
