Where do you recommend I go for a cheaper price, also? Can you permanently get stains & odors removed from this type of flooring, even cat urine (in case that happens)?

dpends on the quality and pattern you choose- can vary anywhere from $3 per sq ft to around $7 sq ft, so $2800 to $6500, average from what i have seen in my area is around $5 per sq foot installed so that would be around $4600 for your space. that may vary slightly depending on where you live and the actual layout of your condo, as example areas like stairs or several small closets are going to cost more.
As for cat urine- if it gets urinated on only a few times – if its cleaned up quickly it will not do any damage and not leave any smell behind. But if its urinated on several times or the urine is left for periods of time- it will wreck the floor quickly and it is not repairable. compared to a rug-laminate holds up alot better against cat urine and easier cleaned- but no floor really holds up to repeated cat urine.
