		<description><![CDATA[3 bedrooms, hallway, and living room now covered with carpet.  I&#8217;d like to remove wall-to-wall carpeting and have wood flooring refinished and cover with a few area rugs.
I&#8217;m afraid the wood floors are in pretty bad shape, on the surface at least (mainly the result of poorly house-trained dog&#8230;.)
